What is Butterbeer?

For those unfamiliar with the wizarding world’s favorite drink, Butterbeer is a non-alcoholic beverage that’s often compared to cream soda with a butterscotch twist. It comes in three enchanting variations: cold, frozen, and hot. While all three are delicious, it’s the hot version that truly captures the essence of the holiday spirit.

Imagine a rich, creamy beverage, reminiscent of butterscotch and white-chocolate dipped shortbread, served steaming hot with a frothy topping. It’s the perfect drink to warm you up on a chilly day (although “chilly” might be subjective in Florida). The butterbeer recipe is simple, yet delicious, with hints of caramel and toffee underneath a ribbon of rich butterscotch flavor. It’s both comforting and refreshing, a perfect balance of flavors that will leave you spellbound. Hot butterbeer definitely gets a 5/5 on our treat scale!
