Top 10 Disney YouTube Channels – RANKED

Planning a Disney vacation is no simple feat, and if you are anything like me, you turn to YouTube for advice. But what are the best Disney YouTube Channels? If you want to learn about Disney on YouTube there are so many channels out there to pick from it can be difficult to know who to watch! So, Roller Coaster Kitchen has assembled our Top 10 Disney YouTube Channels, and ranked them, so you can see who is the best of the best when it comes to the Disney parks on YouTube!

How we Ranked the Best Disney YouTube Channels

Of course we have our own favorite Disney YouTube channels, so we wanted to create a system that kept everything as fair as possible. We came up with three main categories to rank each channel on, considering the value offered, quality of the content, and the channel focus. Each of these categories are rated on a scale of 1-5, with a total of 15 points possible. And, because every adventure is better with food, we added the all-important foodie bonus, with each channel being able to earn an additional 5 points for covering the best dining at Disney World. This way a channel does not get penalized if they do not cover food related content, and can make up points lost in other areas..

Additionally, just like you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover, you shouldn’t judge a YouTube channel by a single video. To make sure we had a good idea of the quality and value that each channel offered, we watched their last 10 videos and their last 20 shorts (if available. Not all channels had this many shorts). Rankings are completely independent of how many followers each channel has and are based on the rubric guidelines below.

Overview of the Best Disney Channels on YouTube

Here is a summary of the best channels that cover Disney Parks on YouTube. For more detail, click on the hyperlinks to jump to that channel in the post, or click here to jump down to our sharable infographic.

10. The Tim Tracker (13.5 / 15)

Next on our list of the best Disney YouTube channels, we have The Tim Tracker! This channel is run by husband and wife vlogging team Tim and Jenn Tracker. The couple has been running the channel for over a decade and have a high focus on Disney World content. The channel also covers random family adventures and other theme parks, so the focus of the channel is not always clear. However, Tim’s in depth food reviews earn this channel a spot on our list.

Value

3/5 No outstanding tips given. YouTube community tab is old and outdated. Posts on their Facebook page are not informative.

Quality

3.5/5 Intros are not very engaging and are not always a good indicator of what actually gets covered in the videos as there are lots of “side quests” that occur.

Focus

2.5/5 The Tim Tracker does have Disney content, however there is an equal amount of content focusing on their non-Disney family adventures and other theme parks. You aren’t sure what you’re getting when they post a new video, could be family, could be theme park.

Foodie Bonus

4.5/5 The Tim Tracker frequently covers new menus and festival foods and provides relatively detailed food reviews, trying each item several times. They describe things that they like and dislike about the food and don’t just say “good” or “bad”.

Best For: Family Content, Disney World Food Reviews | Jump Up to List

9. Magical Hijinx (15.5 / 15)

If you want the best of Disney on YouTube, then you’ll need to check out Magical Hijinx. A one-woman show, the host of Magical Hijinx, Demi, focuses on giving you the best tips and tricks for your Disney World trip. She does in depth hotel reviews & tours, special events, and lots of food reviews. Her videos are very informative and her channel has a clear focus.

Value

3.5/5 Videos are very informative, however, there are no free resources offered. YouTube community tab has recent activity, but is mostly used for announcements. Facebook page does not offer anything that isn’t found on the YouTube channel already.

Quality

4/5 Demi is great at making engaging introductions that set expectations for her videos. The length and pacing of the videos do not always match the value, with many segments being longer than needed.

Focus

5/5 Most of Magical Hijinx’s content is Disney World related with the occasional exploration of Universal or SeaWorld. You know what to expect when Demi posts a video.

Foodie Bonus

3/5 Demi always reviews new menus and festival food items, however the food reviews could be more detailed and in-depth. While they do include some detail, the end review is still a “good” or “bad” vote.

Best For: Hotel Tours & Reviews, Festival Food | Jump Up to List

8. Theme Park Express (16 / 15)

This channel is owned and operated by Adrian Vazquez and frequently has his fiancé, Koda, join in on the fun. Theme Park Express does have videos on the theme parks, but really excels when it comes to Disney Cruise Line (DCL) content. The videos on the channel are both entertaining and informative and provide plenty of actionable tips and tricks that you can use to plan your next Disney Cruise.

Value

4/5 While there are technically no free resources offered, the quality of the tips and tricks that Adrian delivers in his cruise content MORE than makes up for it. He has plenty of tips for embarkation days and making sure you get the dining reservations that you want.

Quality

4/5 Video and audio quality are very good. However, the b-roll sections are frequently too long. While they do not distract from the content (as it is all related), sometimes you are waiting for the B-roll clip to finish to get to the next part of the adventure.

Focus

5/5 While Theme Park Express does dive occasionally into other theme parks, you can almost guarantee that when they publish a video it will be about Disney (Mostly Disney Cruise Line, but that is a good thing!). You know what to expect when you come to this channel!

Foodie Bonus

3/5 While Adrian does cover a lot of food content in his videos, his food descriptions can be lacking and he typically resorts to just calling items “good” or “bad”, without describing what he specifically liked or disliked.

Best For: Disney Cruise Line (DCL) Content | Jump Up to List

7. Ordinary Adventures (16.5 / 15)

If you’re looking for a little more adventure, then Ordinary Adventures is one of the best Disney YouTube channels for you! Since 2019 Peter and Kitra have been creating fun and informative vlog-style videos, featuring exclusive events, cruises, and their Disney-related travel.

Value

4/5 While Ordinary Adventures does not really produce “Tips & Tricks” videos, their vlogs do offer some tips and tricks along the way, and show enough exclusive events / vacation “splurges”/ “extras” to be very useful. Additionally, no free resources are available, however their brand partnerships provide useful discounts.

Quality

4.5/5 Intros are fun and entertaining, and set expectations for the rest of the video. Occasionally the videos get “side tracked” for too long, but this is a rare occurrence.

Focus

3.5/5 All the content Peter and Kitra produce is very solid, however, their focus is not always clear. While they do have a lot of Disney content (Disneyland, Disney World, and Tokyo Disney), there is an equal amount of content from Universal, non-Disney cruises, world travel, and more. You aren’t quite sure what to expect when they do post their latest adventures.

Foodie Bonus

4.5/5 Peter and Kitra almost always have a food review in every video. Their descriptions of food could be more detailed, but they more than make up for it with their unique “Kitra” and “Peter” ranking system and “Ordinary Adventure Star” awards.

Best For: Disneyland, Food Reviews & Events | Jump up to List

6. Paging Mr. Morrow (17 / 15)

If you want fun, friendly, foodie coverage of the Disney parks on YouTube, then Paging Mr. Morrow is the channel for you! Nate Darienzo launched his YouTube channel in 2014, and has been taking us to magical places like Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom, and much more ever since! His gorgeous Dalmatian, Gracie, frequently steals the show at the end of his vlogs.

Value

4/5 Nate’s videos offer tips and tricks along the way, and also provide plenty of details on the parks themselves. No free resources are available, although he frequently partners with shirt maker RSVLT if you are wanting Disney apparel.

Quality

4/5 Paging Mr. Morrow has introductions that give you a pretty good idea of what will be covered in the video. Occasionally the videos get sidetracked, or have too many side tracks, which can detract from the rest of the content.

Focus

5/5 While other parks and events are covered, 9 times out of 10 though, his content is Disney related. You definitely know what to expect from this channel.

Foodie Bonus

4/5 Nate offers a LOT of food content. He tries exclusive restaurants, festival foods, and more. We just wish his descriptions were a more detailed.

Best For: Disney World, Disney Springs, Food Reviews, Restaurant Reviews | Jump Up to List

5. Wright Down Main Street (17.5 / 15)

Kristen Wright has built quite an impressive channel in Wright Down Main Street. Mainly focusing on food reviews, new snacks, and festival offerings, Wright Down Main Street is informative and entertaining.

Value

3.5/5 No free resources are offered, no visible brand partnerships, or any tips and tricks videos offered. The occasional tip is given in a video, but it almost always relates to dining or dining reservations, which only helps with part of your trip.

Quality

4.5/5 Intros on Wright Down Main Street are awesome, but like a few of these channels, videos frequently get sidetracked keeping us from awarding full points here.

Focus

5/5 99.99% Disney! There are occasional videos on Universal Orlando, and some videos on local Orlando eats, but in general you know what to expect, and it’s going to be Disney.

Foodie Bonus

4.5/5 Kristen is fairly detailed with her reviews and provides information on all the latest festivals and restaurants. However, because she does not eat aioli, she frequently reviews modified items, making it difficult to judge what the actual food offering is like.

Best For: Disney World, Food Reviews, Restaurant Reviews, Festival Food Tours | Jump Up to List

4. All Ears (18 / 15)

If you are a Mickey ear collector (or just a Disney fan in general), then All Ears is a great channel for you! In-depth hotel reviews, rope drop strategies tested . . . truly theme park science at it’s finest! The All Ears team also pushes the limits of Genie +, and do insane Disney challenges that show you the extent of what is possible. You want the best of the Disney parks on YouTube? You’ll certainly find it here.

Value

4/5 All Ears has many videos with tips and tricks to help you plan your vacation. They test rope-drop strategies and will definitely help you plan your vacation. Our one complaint? A significant chunk of their recent videos are too “gamified” and are less useful than they are entertaining. How many of us will play hide and seek in the parks? However, if you can find the older videos from Molly (now with Mammoth Club), those are always a 5/5!

Quality

5/5 Intros are creative, entertaining, and always tell you what you’re going to get. All the videos are consistently paced, and the right length for the value offered.

Focus

5/5 There is an occasional video about Universal Studios but if All Ears is releasing a video, you could bet good money that it would be Disney related. You definitely know what to expect from this channel.

Foodie Bonus

4/5 All Ears does a decent job at doing vlog-style coverage of the latest festivals and new menus at Disney restaurants. However, their food descriptions are not as detailed as they could be, and in recent videos they speed through the actual taste tests.

Best For: Disney World, Entertainment, Disney Games, Hotel Reviews | Jump Up to List

3. Magic Journeys (18.5 / 15)

There are a lot of YouTubers that cover Disney World . . . but only a few great ones for Disneyland. Magic Journeys is one of those great Disneyland YouTube Channels! Run by MigVee and Jannell, Magic Journeys offers fantastic tips and tricks for planning your Disneyland vacation, as well as detailed food reviews. They both have charming personalities, and the quality of their content is top notch!

Value

4/5 No free resources that we found, but they frequently do giveaways for exclusive popcorn buckets and sippers, so keep your eyes peeled!

Quality

5/5 Their videos are well-paced, filmed very well, and have creative intros that always set the right expectations for each video.

Focus

5/5 Occasionally they will venture to Universal, or Knotts, but this Channel is definitely Disney focused, and does a great job!

Foodie Bonus

4.5/5 Great food videography and amazing food descriptions. They also try a significant number of items per video which is great! The only reason that we can’t give them a 5/5 here, is we think that there is one channel who does food reviews just a little bit better.

Best For: Disneyland, Food Reviews, Special Event Food | Jump Up to List

2. Mammoth Club (19.5 / 15)

For the best of the Disney parks on YouTube, we are at our #2 Channel! Mammoth Club was founded by Molly (formerly of All Ears), her husband Alan, and their best friend Max (@MrDuckFist), aka M.A.M. all the food lovers out there, Disney Dining Diva is your go-to channel. She takes you on a delicious journey through Disney’s best dining experiences. Her reviews are super helpful, whether you’re looking for a quick snack or a fancy meal.

Value

4.5/5 Mammoth Club has a free discord server that you can join. However, they don’t have as many free downloads or “bonus” material as our #1, which is literally the only reason we had to dock them half a point. All of their videos are very informative and can 100% be used to plan a trip to Disney.

Quality

5/5 If there is one thing that Mammoth Club has nailed, it is the art of the intro. Every single intro is entertaining, concise, and perfect at setting the expectations for the rest of the video. If your looking for quality content about Disney parks on YouTube, Mammoth club is top tier.

Disney Focus

5/5 You definitely know what to expect from Mammoth club! While they do dive into Universal occasionally, almost all of their content is Disney related.

Foodie Bonus

5/5 Molly and Alan have mastered the art of the food review. They give their “best of the fest” at the end of every festival video, and give detailed descriptions of all food items. They are also very specific about what they like and don’t like about individual food items.

Best For: Disney World, Theme Park Secrets, Festival Foods, Planning Tips | Jump Up to List

1. DFB Guide – Disney Food Blog (20 / 15)

Finally at the top of our list . . . Disney Food Blog! Not only is it in the name, but Disney Food Blog has so many free downloads and planning guides that you are almost GUARANTEED to be able to plan a great trip to the Disney parks with their YouTube advice. Owned & narrated by AJ Wolfe, Disney Food Blog has enough content to get you through your next 20 Disney vacations.

Value

5/5 100%, this is the best Disney content that you’ll find. Disney Food Blog has the latest news, tips & tricks videos, the latest snacks, and EVERY video has a free download you can use to help plan your trip.

Quality

5/5 Every video is well made and engaging, with high quality audio and video. Sometimes it is obvious that they reuse clips multiple times in the same video (I’ve counted up to 4), but it isn’t so distracting that it takes away from the content. Also, AJ is one of the best narrators around! Seriously, her voice is so soothing it almost takes away all the stress of planning a Disney vacation!

Focus

5/5 This channel lives and breathes Disney, covering every park, every ride, and every snack with genuine love and enthusiasm.

Foodie Bonus

5/5 Well, it’s Disney FOOD Blog, and food IS a theme park according to AJ (she’s right you know)! Disney Food Blog is VERY good at giving detailed food descriptions and I’ve NEVER seen them call something just “good” or just “bad”. They are experts at explaining who they think would fit each snack, and giving their “best of the fest” picks for each festival. If you want the best of Disney parks food on YouTube, this is it!
